Southern Walker Landscape Design offers two paths of design services: The master plan and design sketches.
THE MASTER PLAN
This approach consists of three steps: 1) a schematic design, 2) a preliminary plan, and 3) the final master plan. Each step increasingly details your plan, resulting in the final creative direction for your project. Once approved, you'll have all the complete details you need for installation. With this layout you can install it yourself or sit back and allow us to do it for you.
The benefits of a master plan provide you with a creative vision, detailed layout, drawings, plant selections, budget suggestions, time-frames, and more. It's your road map toward creating your own "privileged space."
DESIGN SKETCHES
This approach, while not having the same level of detail as the master plan, will still have enough details for a strong, general understanding and layout of the design. Sketches are also an excellent way to visualize the many creative and diverse ideas we provide.
First, we meet with you to discuss the overall project and identify the areas you desire to improve. Then we’ll take photos of the area and with our electronic tablet and stylist we’ll sketch directly onto these photos. This provides a quick and easy-to-understand-way of giving visual direction to your project.
